Isn’t it amazing how this three letter word ALL baffles so many people? What’s a person to make of it? What does it mean? Is there a hidden meaning to the word or does it simply mean- wholly, everyone, totally to a complete degree or to the full or entire extent.. There must be a DOUBLE meaning as well, right? Many people read Romans 5:18 where it reads that by one man’s sins ALL are condemned (and all agree), but then it goes on to say by one man’s righteousness, ALL will be saved (but in that same verse this ALL is different than the first ALL? It amazes me how unbelievable we have made religion, especially the faith that I lived all my life, which has taken all my life to comprehend due to the nonesensical mental constructs that have been built out of religious thin air. I don’t know of any Christian who doesn’t believe that GOD IS LOVE. Then you have to define both God and love to know what they are talking about. I think Don Cupitt has it right when he wrote in His book, One Jesus, Many Christs, that there are as many ways of seeing Christ as there are people.
